Call Her Daddy fans are currently being raised a single “Father,” and it’s time that the unapologetically transparent, female-lead podcast about sex, dating and culture be restored to a two-parent affair. Fortunately, Instagram beauty Kindly Myers is here to entertain the #DaddyGang.
Our nomination comes on the heels of a massively publicized feud involving hosts Sofia Franklyn and Alexandra Cooper. The New York Times reported thoroughly on the subject, but here’s the gist…
A slimy HBO executive named Peter Nelson, aka “Suitman” and Franklyn’s boyfriend, tried to poach the podcast. After Barstool CEO Dave Portnoy caught wind these shady happenings, Franklyn and Cooper tried to renegotiate their three-year contracts. Portnoy claimed to have offered the pair a deal: a $500,000 annual salary, plus bonuses, and six months off of their initial three-year contract, according to The Cut.
More behind-the-scenes drama likely ensured. Fast-forward to today, and Franklyn is gone while Cooper is left to do solo episodes. Which brings us to five reasons why Myers should be the next Call Her Daddy co-host:
