Beverly Hills is a mecca for money, status, and wildly expensive real estate. A prime example of this? A newly-listed $95 million mansion that’s officially the most expensive property on the 90210 market right now.

The stunning estate has a mind-blowing 38,000 square feet of space that’s spread out over a spacious 5.2 acres of private and secured land far, far away from all plebeians.

For almost $100 million, you’ll get 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms so you flex hard, sleep hard, and answer nature’s every call whenever and however you want in those many, many bathrooms.

Aside from an absurd amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the mansion comes with its own indoor sports complex with a basketball and pickleball court, gym, boxing ring, and sports lounge with bar.

Other insane amenities include a spa, the largest heated zero-edge pool in Beverly Hills, a salon, three elevators because why not, a wine cellar, and screening room.

In addition to the 38,000 square feet of luxe indoor space, there’s 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, plus a 5,000 square foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, a 2 bedroom guardhouse, 10 car garage, and enough parking space for 80 cars.

Did you get all of that? Because holy fucking shit.

The property is located 20 minutes from Van Nuys airport, and can only be accessed through guarded private streets. You know, because only very influential people can afford a $95 million home that’s as big as a hotel.

The mansion was built in 2000 as a replica of Marie Antoinette’s chateau at Versailles, Le Petit Trianon, and was purchased in 2016 for $22 million by LA-based developer Gala Asher.

Asher renovated and expanded the estate to have more amenities as well as a sleeker modern look, and it was initially listed in 2018 for $135 million. And even though the price was recently slashed by $40 million bringing it down to a humble $95 million, it’s still the most expensive listing in Beverly Hills at the moment.

If you’re someone with extremely deep pockets and you need 24 bathrooms in your home, you can learn more about the estate right here.
